Mining Conqueror
In the midst of the ocean lies an island full of precious minerals. You came to this island for a mission of wealth and prosperity. Build structures to harvest precious ores, hook them up into production chain, sell them for money. Use that money to build even better structures to harvest even rarer resources, and process them into higher quality products to sell for more money! 🤑🤑🤑 Compete on the leaderboard for the most prestigious spot of being the richest miner to ever live!
This game is made for Incremental Jam Summer 2023. This game is inspired by factory games where you can build structures to harvest resources and feed those resources through various resource processor. Finding the most efficient way to build, balance, and properly calibrate your production lines has always been the most fun part of those games for me. Though this game is much more simpler, and you would not need to think too much about how to build your factories.
Even though the in-game data type of money uses 64-bit integer, the leaderboard does not, and instead, uses 32-bit integer, so the leaderboard cannot support the full value range of in-game money. Also, the leaderboard does not support duplicate names.
Although it is not mentioned in the credits page of the game, the in-game leaderboard uses the API provided by https://danqzq.itch.io/leaderboard-creator.
The in-game music is named "Peaceful 1AM in May" made by TAD. https://opengameart.org/content/peaceful-1am-in-may
All sound effects are created from https://sfxr.me/.
Thank you for playing and I hope you enjoy the game!

Played this so hard the leader board overflowed lmao (about 2.4 billion)
My suggestions have mostly already been said, moving the camera should be done with middle/right click, and the conveyor belts get pretty expensive. In the late game I ended up using splitters to get things places lol. Sounds can get to be a bit awful in the endgame, so I had to turn that off.
A major problem with this game is it gets to a point where the costs of the building is so high it would take hours for the building to make back what it cost, so you just end up not being able to do anything worthwhile.
I like that you're kinda forced to use all of the machines. When only using one type of machine you hit a brick wall of the price getting up into the stratosphere, so you have to use all the machines to get a high score. The conveyor prices break this though.
Overall, a pretty good game. I enjoyed my time with it. Hope you continue development :)
Pleasant little automation game! The web version ends on diamond, and it took me ~5 minutes to get up to it due to refining buildings working instantaneously.
If you're looking to take this further and make it more of an incremental game, you could add a timer to refinement and create some kind of loop where materials get a little better each time rather than instantly being improved. It would incentivize using the splitters so there's still some passive income while making the refinement process take longer and longer each time.Otherwise great game as is!
yeah you can just stack stone well to end game and its so cheap to do too
Thanks for the feedback!
I don't see the need to increase conveyer belt cost
I will tone them down in the next update. I agree that the price is pretty ridiculous.
please add camera panning with right or middle click button
Sure! I will add them when I have time
how can i sell a building i already build?
press d and then click on it
